Designer Garage Doors is seeking a competitive, sales-driven, and highly motivated Field Sales Representative to grow and manage a defined sales territory within the high-end residential and commercial markets. This role is ideal for a confident closer who thrives on relationship-based selling, understands luxury clientele, and knows how to turn opportunity into results. You’ll own your territory from lead generation through close, developing aggressive yet thoughtful sales strategies while delivering a premium customer experience.
We offer a base salary plus a robust commission plan with earnings of $150,000 you’re energized by high-value sales, autonomy, and selling a product that truly stands out, we want to hear from you.
- Identify, develop, and cultivate new leads within high-end residential and commercial markets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with affluent clients seeking premium garage door solutions
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs, design preferences, and project requirements
- Present and demonstrate our exclusive, luxury garage door offerings through compelling, professional presentations
- Prepare accurate pricing proposals and negotiate terms to successfully close sales
- Partner with installation and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution from sale through installation
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and expertise
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Stay informed on industry trends, luxury market dynamics, and competitive offerings
- Participate in in-person and virtual trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and customer information using the company CRM
- Develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy tailored to your territory
- Proactively follow up with prospects and existing clients to introduce new products and services
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma preferred
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in high-end, luxury, or consultative sales
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Comfortable managing a full sales cycle and closing high-value deals
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
