Job SummaryWe are looking for a Smart Recovery Sales Specialist who will manage and grow a portfolio of Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) customers, broadening patient reach and driving greater utilization across care settings.
Responsibilities- Drive business growth within new and existing accounts by identifying opportunities and closing deals.
- Analyze performance gaps and execute short‑term regional strategies to meet sales targets.
- Manage relationships with large‑scale healthcare organizations, including integrated delivery networks, hospital systems, anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, critical care medicine and EP labs.
- Manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders, including C‑suite executives and administrative leadership.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to complex healthcare systems.
- Travel up to 40% of the time.
- Associate’s degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
- Experience in the medical devices industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Strong enterprise‑level selling skills.
- Ability to travel 40%.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Good knowledge of the strengths and limitations of own products and competitor products.
- Understand BU strategy, selling model, medical devices industry and selling environment of own region.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Develop understanding of assigned accounts and their challenges.
- Good understanding of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to APM products.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Build productive internal and external relationships and ongoing interactions with relevant customer contacts.
- Utilize influencing skills on buying decisions with tact and diplomacy.
Annual base $78,125.00 – $ USD + commission. Compensation depends on qualifications.
