Since 1991 (Menomonee Falls, WI), weve been engineering automatic unloaders and custom automation that elevate productivity, profitability, and safety. From our East Providence, RI team, youll be the on‑site expert who activates and sustains these systems for customers across the Northeast, Mid‑Atlantic, and beyond.

Your mission

Own the field experience end-to-end: bring new robotic unloading systems online, keep installed assets performing, and empower customer teams to run them confidently.

Impact youll make
  • Execute installations and start‑ups for robotic unloaders and custom automation to spec and drawings.
  • Validate mechanical/electrical setup and tolerances during erection and installation.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and adjust equipment on‑site to hit performance targets.
  • Use meters, gauges, and other electrical test equipment to confirm compliance.
  • Provide fast technical support via phone and email; document findings.
  • Partner with internal teams to elevate and resolve product issues.
  • Deliver operator and maintenance training to customer personnel.
  • Maintain complete service and commissioning documentation.
  • Verify acceptance of installations to initiate warranty.
  • Support special assignments as needed.
Growth-ready profile
  • HS diploma or GED and 12 years of technical experience.
  • Clean, valid drivers license.
  • Fluency in reading blueprints, specs, standards, and O&M documentation.
  • Capable writer for routine reports; clear communicator with customers and teammates.
  • Math comfort across whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to solve practical problems with minimal standardization; interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule instructions.
  • Hands‑on with hand/power tools and electronic test equipment; able to use standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier, fax).
  • Prepared to travel extensively; some weeks include several overnight stays. International travel may occur.
  • Use PPE when required (safety glasses, steel‑toed shoes/boots, etc.).

  • Regular talking/hearing; frequent standing, walking, reaching overhead, and manual tool use.

  • Vision needs: close, distance, color, and peripheral vision; depth perception; adjustable focus.

Field conditions youll navigate

Compensation, schedule, and support
  • Full-time / 1st Shift;
    Monday Friday with overtime as needed
  • Hourly range: $ (commensurate with experience/qualifications)

  • Field:
    Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, Massachusetts, New York, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia; travel across North America as needed.
