Property Maintenance Technician
As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for driving to various properties in the Rhode Island area and performing general maintenance work on buildings. This role is crucial in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of property facilities.
Responsibilities- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on buildings.
- Drive to properties within the Rhode Island area as required.
- Conduct janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently.
- Utilize hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.
- Carpentry work, including finish trim and drywall installation.
- Conduct painting tasks as part of maintenance.
- Patch roofs and install sheet rock.
- Cut concrete when necessary.
- Dispose of garbage properly.
- Install new flooring as required.
- Experience with repair and maintenance tasks.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Knowledge of carpentry, drywall, and sheet rock installation.
- Skill in painting and finish trim work.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in patching roofs.
- Ability to cut concrete.
- Skill in installing new flooring.

Work EnvironmentWork in a construction and maintenance environment. The position is a first shift role, running from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, offering a consistent work week with 40 hours.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of East Providence, RI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
