Shipping & Receiving Supervisor
Join a well-established, family-owned company where your leadership and warehouse experience will make an immediate impact. We're looking for a hands-on Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and support a small, collaborative team.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily shipping and receiving operations
- Coordinate LTL and truckload shipments
- Process shipments using UPS and Fed Ex software
- Verify Bills of Lading and incoming shipments for accuracy
- Monitor inventory and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain a safe, organized warehouse
- Lead and support a team of Material Handlers
- 2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience
- Experience with UPS/Fed Ex shipping systems
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
- Forklift experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
