We're a family-run dealership group with a powersports dealership that moves real volume — bikes, ATVs, UTVs, side‑by‑side vehicles. You'll keep our front-line inventory road-ready so families can ride safely. The work is steady, the team is solid, and the job is rewarding.

• $20–$25/hour based on experience and certifications

• Diagnosing and repairing motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and side‑by‑side vehicles across multiple brands
• Road testing every vehicle before and after repair — you sign off, you stand behind it
• Documenting work on the Reconditioning Checkout Form so the next person knows exactly what was done
• Working closely with the Parts Department to keep jobs moving

• You’ve got drive. You bring the work ethic every single day — nobody has to light a fire under you.
• You’re honest. If a repair is beyond what’s safe or smart, you flag it. We back techs who put safety first.
• You’re a team player. You help the new guy, talk through tough diagnoses with the other techs, and keep the shop running.
• You take care of your space. Clean work area, organized tools, no excuses.

• Real powersports experience — a powersports/MMI certificate plus 1+ year hands‑on, or 2+ years of related repair experience.
• Diagnostic mindset — you don’t just throw parts at problems; you find the root cause and take pride in getting it done right the first time.
• Valid motorcycle license with a clean driving record.

You’ll be on your feet, bending, kneeling, and lifting — frequently 20+ lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs with help. You’ll work in a shop environment that can get hot, cold, or humid depending on the season. Vision correctable to 20/20 is required (depth perception matters when you’re road‑testing).
