Responsibilities
- Run the monthly close process including bank reconciliations/accruals
- Accrue monthly customer rebates and deductions
- Reconcile monthly shipped sales from billing to Sage
- Work with Procurement on inbound freight costs, COGS entries, and tariff expenses
- Initiate daily/weekly ACH and wire payments and update the daily cash file
- Coordinate with AR and AP staff on coding and daily transactions
- Assist the Controller with the annual budget and forecast
- Strong accounting experience in a distribution or similar environment
- Proficiency with Sage or comparable ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with operations, AP, AR, and procurement
