• Manage complex production scheduling and capacity planning, adjusting workflows in real-time to meet throughput targets and material availability.
• Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors, fostering professional development and ensuring consistent leadership across all shifts.
• Oversee plant-level KPIs and performance dashboards, utilizing data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Streamline changeover processes and standard operating procedures to minimize downtime and maximize line efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on labor optimization, waste reduction, and overall equipment effectiveness.
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational challenges, ensuring rapid resolution and cross-departmental alignment.
• Cultivate an inclusive and high-performance culture that prioritizes safety, quality, and operational discipline.

• Proven experience in food manufacturing leadership and production management.
• Expertise in production planning, scheduling, and operational KPI management.
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and hold teams accountable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Spanish to facilitate effective communication across diverse teams.

• Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience managing large-scale operational risk and change management initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and process optimization.
