Store Manager - American Dream

Summary

Lead the boutique as the commercial and cultural leader, accountable for sales performance, client experience, operational excellence, and team development at a high-volume destination retail location. Translate business insights into clear action plans, drive KPI improvements, and represent the brand within the local market. Partner cross-functionally to execute company priorities and support store initiatives, events, and launches.

• Drive store sales, profitability, productivity, CRM capture, and inventory performance to meet business objectives.
• Develop and implement store-specific strategies in partnership with regional leadership and analyze KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized luxury client experiences and lead client development, networking, and clienteling activities.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team; lead daily briefings and performance conversations.
• Manage store operations including scheduling, payroll, cash handling, shipping/receiving, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained and support product launches, leadership visits, and special events.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience accepted.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive luxury retail leadership experience, including managing a high-volume store or comparable business.
• Proven commercial acumen with ability to interpret KPIs, financials, and client insights to drive results.
• Expertise in luxury clienteling, CRM, and relationship development with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong operational judgment across merchandising, inventory, compliance, asset protection, payroll, and scheduling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS, CRM, and inventory management systems; ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
