Salary: $28.00-$29.00

UNIQLO Loss Prevention is responsible formaintaininga safe shopping environment for all customers and employees. The Loss Prevention Supervisor plays a critical role in inventory management and shortage reduction. Daily LP tasks atstoreare focused on safety, inventorymanagementand shortage reduction.

Loss Prevention Supervisor will be reporting toLossPrevention Manager and Store Manager,serveas an asset for protection and safety specialist of our stores.

• Train store team members on loss prevention and safety policies,procedure sand standards: ensure compliance from all storeteam, notifying store management/Loss Prevention Manager of any violations.
• Ensure LP team can successfullyidentify,apprehendand detain shoplifters by following company guidelines.
• Build productive relationships with store leadership team and associates.
• Lead associate awareness efforts and generate leads pertaining to internal investigations.
• Focus onimportanceof proper inventory management. Investigate issues and educate team on proper procedures.
• Ensure compliance and understanding of theshortagereduction strategies.
• Work with Leadership to strengthen LP culture
• Partner with LP Manager to ensure complianceofcompany policy and procedure.
• Inspect compliancetocompany safety policy and procedures through store visits and provide direction and training to ensure opportunities areidentifiedand corrected.
• Identify safety or loss risks,immediatelynotifying store and loss prevention management to prevent accidents.
• Support loss prevention management with audits and inventory counts.
• Ensure full confidentiality at all times.
• Assist with special projects, as assigned.

• Strong knowledge of computer applications; including Security Software, CCTV equipment, Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of federal,stateand local law
• Knowledge of surveillance/security equipment and installations
• Ability to travel to stores within assigned area
• Must be able to work for extended periods of standing or walking the sales floor as required

• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand forlong periodsof time, read computer terminals, push,pullor move objects of at least 50lbs.
• Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing

• Average 32 or more hours per week based on business seasonality.
• Open availabilityonweekends (religious exemptions will be considered).
• Restrictions on availabilitylimitedto two days per week.
• Ability toworka flexible schedule that meetsthe business needs, including nights,evenings and weekends.
