As a member of the BAPE retail team, you will serve as an ambassador of the BAPE brand and help us keep our commitment to providing exceptional customer service and brand experience at our retail stores.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting, assisting, and engaging customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals through effective selling techniques and customer engagement.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of BAPE products, collections, brand heritage, and current promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Accurately process sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain visual merchandising, housekeeping, and presentation standards throughout the sales floor, fitting rooms, stockroom, and common areas.
• Replenish merchandise and maintain product availability through effective stock management and recovery practices.
• Receive, process, organize, and maintain inventory in a safe, accurate, and systematic manner.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and other inventory control procedures as required.
• Support store launches, promotional events, marketing activations, and special in-store events.
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve store objectives and foster a positive team environment.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and loss prevention guidelines.
• Communicate safety concerns, maintenance issues, or potential inventory shortages and losses to management promptly.
• Attend and participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and operational compliance.
• Perform physical job duties as required, including standing for extended periods, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and lifting or moving merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance, arrive on time for all scheduled shifts, and adhere to the company's timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance expectations.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or related environment preferred.
• Proven ability to follow instructions, comply with policies and procedures, and maintain operational standards.
• Strong teamwork skills with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and reliable with a strong attendance record.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
