Seasonal Sales Support Associate - American Dream

The Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house boutique activities. This temporary role supports the sales team and helps deliver a high-quality client experience in a fast-paced luxury environment.

• Greet and assist clients, answer questions, and help with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the selling process by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stockroom.
• Organize the workstation and selling floor, keep supplies stocked, and maintain merchandise standards.
• Support client service, concierge, doorperson, greeter, and after-sales activities, including logging repairs and contacting clients.
• Answer phones promptly and maintain active records.

• Strong communication, customer service, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion, and composure.
• Ability to lift 0-25 lbs. without assistance and work in person at the designated location.
