Lush in East Rutherford, NJ is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader at American Dream Meadowlands. You will support the Store Management Team across all areas, coach Sales Ambassadors, drive sales, and ensure an outstanding customer experience on the shop floor.
You will lead by example in cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and team training, fostering a fun, productive environment while upholding Lush brand values. 20–29 hours per week.
