Delivery Driver

STARK is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver to join our East Rutherford team. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient transport of high-quality goods into Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs. We are looking for a professional who is experienced with urban navigation and committed to clear, consistent communication with both our warehouse and our clients to ensure every delivery is completed safely.

Please note: Applicants must have prior commercial driving experience
, specifically in NYC.

No CDL is required for this position; a valid standard Driver’s License is sufficient as you will be operating Sprinter and Box Trucks.

• Expert Navigation: Safely operate Sprinter or box trucks through Manhattan and surrounding boroughs, maintaining a high standard of road safety and vehicle care.
• Logistics Coordination: Act as the primary link between the warehouse and our clients, managing delivery windows and providing professional, proactive communication throughout the day.
• White-Glove Handling: Lead the loading and unloading process, ensuring all materials are properly wrapped, secured, and handled with the respect that high-end craftsmanship deserves.
• Site Protocol: Navigate diverse delivery environments—from commercial loading docks to residential freight elevators—while adhering to specific building rules and safety guidelines.
• Operational Accuracy: Maintain organized delivery logs, perform daily vehicle safety checks, and follow all protocols to ensure the East Rutherford hub runs efficiently.

• Proven experience operating commercial vehicles in NYC.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and maneuvering heavy items.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, service-minded approach.
• Reliable personal transportation for commuting to the East Rutherford warehouse.
• Prior delivery or warehouse experience is preferred.
