Warehouse Associate; Weekend Shift

The Role

Your day will be varied, challenging, fast‑paced and will include the following tasks:

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
• Assisting in the pulling and staging of inventory
• Unloading containers/van transfers
• Palletizing items when needed
• Supporting local deliveries using company vehicles as needed
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly warehouse space (e.g., open aisles, stacking unused pallets, taking out trash and recycling, etc.)

As a member of The Goods team, you will work with other associates and drivers to complete needed tasks, and report to our Warehouse Lead.

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience
• Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks such as picking, packing, and inventory counting
• Organizational skills to maintain an orderly warehouse space
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members
• Physically capable of lifting ~50 lbs and engaging in physical work safely for the duration of the shift (standing, crouching, bending & reaching)
• Reliable transportation to our warehouse in East Rutherford, NJ
• Ability to work scheduled hours; regular and consistent attendance is required
• Fluent Spanish speaking skills are a plus

Salary Range: $23 per hour.
