Job Summary:
Under the general direction of the Departmental Manager/Building Principal, the Clerk will perform clerical duties relevant to district operations.
(Essential Job Functions)
- 1. Regular daily attendance to perform assigned duties
- 2. Conduct research
- 3. Create presentations
- 4. Prepare written/digital statistical reports, studies and analysis
- 5. Manage projects
- 6. Maintain student attendance records (school clerk)
- 7. Check, verify and maintain health records (school clerk)
- 8. Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
- 9. Maintain confidential documents
- 10. Answer telephone
- 11. Arrange conference calls
- 12. File, scan, and copy documents
- 13. Prepare routine correspondence for administrative superior
- 14. Research confidential information
- 15. Attend workshops, conferences, and departmental meetings
- 16. Make necessary contacts
- 17. Perform other duties as assigned

TRAINING. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEAny combination equivalent to: a high school diploma, an associate's degree preferred, two years of clerical experience in increasingly responsible office environment.
