• Prepare developmentally appropriate lesson plans, including instruction during family‑style dining.
• Implement the adopted curriculum, manage classroom behavior, and individualize child instruction.
• Conduct screenings and assessments, maintain records, schedule and complete home visits/parent‑teacher conferences.
• Obtain and manage child outcome data.

• Tier 1: Baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Tier 2: Associate degree in Early Childhood Education plus coursework equivalent to a major and at least two years of experience teaching infants, toddlers, or preschool‑aged children; currently enrolled in a qualifying, degree‑seeking baccalaureate program.

Teacher I (Tier I, Bachelor or higher):

• 0 Years: $3,578.01
• 1–2 Years: $3,756.91
• 2–4 Years: $3,961.51
• 4+ Years: $4,254.66
• 5+ Years: $4,571.62

Teacher II (Tier II, Associate or higher with 60 credits/6 hrs in Early Childhood Education):

• 0 Years: $3,099.43
• 1–2 Years: $3,199.41

• Complete employment history with start and end dates and at least three professional references.
• Resume and/or cover letter (highlights qualifications and experience).
• Describe alignment of credentials and experience with the specified minimum requirements.
