This role is temporary in nature for 3-6 months, with possibility of extension.

We’re looking for an HR Generalist with hands-on experience in HR administration and payroll
. You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, accurate payroll processing, and compliance while supporting employees across all levels of the organization. This is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, people-first manufacturing environment.

• Process payroll accurately and on time, including hours, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
• Maintain HR records and HRIS data, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, and HR policies.
• Generate reports and support HR initiatives that improve employee experience and operational efficiency

• 2+ years of HR administration and payroll experience (manufacturing experience a plus).
• Knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS, and MS Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and compliance awareness.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information professionally
