Supply Chain Analyst

What You’ll Do:

• Consolidate data into a centralized location. Manage the development of standardized reporting and metrics to measure global logistics KPI's.
• Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g., warehouse-slotting, route planning, carrier performance, affiliate replenishment). Perform data quality analysis and manage follow-up resolution with service providers to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Partner with Supply Chain leadership to drive carrier performance through active monitoring, reporting & scorecard development. Understand the impact logistics planning has on end-to-end shipment execution (including how logistics planning impacts material releases).
• Collect data on supply chain operations & research root cause and drive corrective action to improve Supply Chain and Logistics performance and achieve business objectives.
• Use data to identify and highlight issues and opportunities to optimize supply chain, improve efficiency, and minimize logistic spend and costs.
• Assemble and assess commercial forecasts based on market and competitive information, sales history, customer trends, and product promotions to deliver improved forecast accuracy.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Management, or Business (MBA Preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a data analyst or business data analyst, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Experience using SQL, Access, and Excel. PowerBI and Cognos experience preferred.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets. (Excel, Access, Tableau etc.).
• Adept with queries, report writing and presenting findings.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.
