• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Conduct patrols inside/outside client premises, potentially in various weather conditions and terrain.
• Provide detailed report writing.
• Work in a team environment to ensure site/organizational goals are achieved daily.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid/effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
• Willingness to participate in pre‑employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Open/flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; driver certification required.
• Reliable transportation; public transport not recommended.
• Reliable communication method.
• Comfortable with frequent standing/walking, possibly for long periods and inclines, or in various weather elements.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
