Security Officer Patrol Assessment

Location: East St. Louis

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors and/or public agency contacts as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, public access areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas, verifying access permissions and reporting suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations.;
Support daily operations by completing routine reports, providing directions and assistance, and maintaining awareness of changing conditions across the location.
