Security Guard - Flex Officer

Location: East St. Louis

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention;
Monitor access points, verify entry and exit activity, and follow post orders related to restricted areas, visitor processing, and/or after-hours access;
Support day-to-day site operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, while maintaining a professional presence and clear communication with all personnel on location
