Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Presence

Location: East St. Louis

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public officials as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points, observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations in accordance with Allied Universal and site guidelines.;
Assist with handling disturbances, escort requests, and/or public interactions while maintaining professional conduct and supporting order throughout the location.
