CDL A Flatbed And Walking Floor Trailers - $26 Per Hour

Trans Force is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Sauget, IL.

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL A Details

• Schedule:
  
  Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday

• Pay: $26 Per hour + OT after 40 hours, $1,200 - $1,300 Estimated weekly pay

• Route Type:
  Local

• Freight / Load Type:
  Garden/Landscaping products (pavers, brick, block, stone, gravel, etc.)

• Equipment:
  Flatbed and Walking Floor Trailer

• Handling:
  No touch freight, pre and post trip inspections and strapping

CDL A Minimum Requirements:

• License: CDL A

• Experience:
  
  2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience

• Endorsements:
  None

• Equipment
  
  Experience:
  
  Walking Floor Trailer knowledge required

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Responsibilities:

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes

• Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards

• Perform required handling tasks including pre and post trip inspections and strapping

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
