Conformal Coating Operator

Responsibilities:

The Conformal Coating Operator executes various manufacturing processes in support of product flow within the Conformal Coating department by applying various coatings to Printed Circuit Boards and assemblies. Perform miscellaneous assembly related tasks during downtimes in the conformal coating area

Requirements:

• Previous experience with assembly.
• Minimum 1 year experience working directly within conformal coating process in an electronics manufacturing facility. Must be able to mask and tape.
• Must be able to lift, move and pour liquid chemicals used in the coating process. Able to follow MSDS safety guidelines while handling this process.
• Able to work with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and good follow-up skills are required.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
• Work history establishing dependability and competent job performance.
