• Uncapped commission on repairs, upgrades, and service replacements

• Top performers earn $90,000 to $140,000+ annually

• Full time, year round residential service work

• Troubleshoot electrical systems including panels, wiring, outlets, lighting, and service upgrades

• Diagnose issues and present repair and replacement options to homeowners

• Educate customers on electrical safety, code compliance, and system improvements

• Close sales on recommended repairs, upgrades, and safety enhancements

• Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate clearly with customers and team members

• Keep a clean and organized work area while maintaining a professional appearance
