Overview
The LTS Speech & Language Pathologist position will be available April 6, 2026 through the last teacher workday of the 2025/2026 school year. Salary and benefits are in accordance with the current Professional Associate Collective Bargaining Unit Agreement. We offer a competitive salary which will consider experience, education and certification.

Candidates must possess a valid Pennsylvania Speech and Language Pathologist Instructional I or II Certificate. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or equivalent educational requirements and work experience necessary for CCC (preferred but not necessary). Will consider individuals with PA Speech Licensure or out-of-state Speech certifications and willing to obtain PA certification. We are seeking candidates with outstanding credentials with experience and empathy for special needs students.

- Strong academic background, deep knowledge of the PA Academic Standards and District curriculum, and skill in data analysis of student performance information
- Highly developed classroom management and problem solving skills
- Strong technology background, with the emphasis on student learning/professional growth
- Experience/orientation for Special Education/IEP process, requirements, and other federal/state mandates
- Ability to creatively prepare/communicate/present effective instructional strategies
Possess knowledge in all areas of speech and language necessary to evaluate, instruct and monitor student learning and progress in the areas of speech and language.
