Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to provide one‑to‑one ABA services for children and adolescents (ages 2‑21) in Carbon/Monroe Counties, PA. This part‑time position involves travel to clients’ homes, schools, or service locations, implementing prescribed treatment plans, and supporting clients toward more independent, age‑appropriate functioning. You will also train parents/caregivers, set clear boundaries, and contribute to culturally aware and competent care under supervision of a Behavioral Consultant.

• Travel daily to client home, school, or service locations and deliver direct behavioral interventions
• Follow treatment plans and provide consequences, reinforcement, and behavior‑management strategies
• Support parents/caregivers and young adults in using behavior‑management skills
• Maintain boundaries to reduce dependency on services while providing compassionate care
• Collect and report data, document progress, adhere to protocols under supervision

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to obtain PA Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances
• CPR/First Aid training (infant/child) or willingness to complete training

• Billable: $22.00/hour
• Other pay rates apply for training, travel, and administrative time. This information will be shared during phone screen/interviews.
