Provide services that are ordered by the physician in the plan of care within the scope of practice per state law;
Perform, assist, evaluate and document medical care, such as basic first aid, recording vital signs, range of motion exercises, ambulation and positioning with equipment;
Assist with personal hygiene including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing and eating;
Assist with household management including home safety, infection control, light housekeeping, laundry, and shopping for the patient;
Complete and coordinate documentation and report significant changes in patient condition to the RN Nursing Supervisor
