Immediate Shift Needs:
East Stroudsburg, PA:
Fridays 6pm-10pm;
Saturdays and Sundays 8am-10pm;
Monday-Friday 11pm-7am
Stroudsburg, PA:
Overnights and Thursdays 8am-5pm;
Saturdays and Sundays 7am-4pm and 10pm-6am;
Sunday to Saturday 9:30/10pm-5:30am/6am
Cresco, PA:
Wednesday-Friday 7am-5pm;
Saturdays and Sundays 8-hour shifts (flexible);
Friday and Saturday 8-hour overnights

$28-$32 per hour

• 1:1 patient care in home/school environment
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
• Patient assessments; coordination of care
• Reports any changes in the client's condition to Clinical Manager and physician
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

• Morning, evening or overnight
• PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
