GHR Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Dialysis for a travel nursing job in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.
Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool in Stroudsburg, PA. 13-week contract for experienced Hemodialysis RNs with an active PA or multi-state license. Join our dialysis team serving Monroe County and surrounding areas (Monroe, Anderson, Bethlehem, Allentown, and Warren, NJ if licensed).

Stroudsburg, PA (Pocono Mountains) and surrounding areas — Monroe, Anderson, Bethlehem, Allentown;
Warren, NJ if multi-state/NJ license - Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Schedule:
4 shifts per week, 10 hours per shift (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM) - Setting:
Dialysis Float Pool / Hemodialysis clinics / Nephrology nursing - Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,070 – $2,180
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (multi-state or NJ license required to float to Warren, NJ)
- Minimum 1 year of recent dialysis nursing experience (hemodialysis experience preferred)
- Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
- Ability and willingness to float between dialysis clinic locations across Monroe County and nearby communities
- Strong communication, patient education, and organizational skills; experience with renal dialysis equipment and documentation
- Provide high‑quality hemodialysis care and clinical nursing services across multiple dialysis clinics in the float pool
- Assess and monitor patient status before, during, and after dialysis treatments; recognize and respond to dialysis‑related complications
- Operate and troubleshoot dialysis machines and equipment in accordance with clinic protocols
- Collaborate with nephrology teams, interdisciplinary staff, and clinic leadership to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures, access care, fluid and dietary management, and home/self‑care as appropriate
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper documentation, adhere to infection control and safety protocols, and follow facility policies
- Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and strong time‑management skills in a fast‑paced float pool environment
