Qualifications- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands‑on component). Aveanna can assist with obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary
- TB skin test must be current within the last 12 months
- Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
