As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in East Stroudsburg, PA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security‑related incidents. This driving post requires a valid driver's license and offers the chance to support guests and staff through strong communication, customer service, teamwork, and a people‑first approach grounded in integrity, reliability, agility, and innovation.

• Mon: 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Tue: 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Wed: 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM

• Provide customer service to visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor foot traffic, observe customer and employee interactions, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or security-related concerns according to site protocols.
• Assist with access control, closing procedures, and documentation of daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance issues observed during patrols.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
