Protects and provides a safe environment for staff, patients, visitors, and property within the facility;
Assists in controlling access to the facility by patrolling buildings, grounds, and work sites;
Intervenes when suspicious or abnormal behavior is observed and detains persons when reasonable suspicion exists;
Conducts internal and external patrols of the hospital, satellite clinics, parking lots and grounds;
Responds to coded alarms and performs security escorts when requested
