Investigates and facilitates system/utility problems. Analyzes facility systems, equipment, and preventive maintenance procedures to ensure continued equipment operation and reliability.

• Coordinates and plans equipment shutdown for the purpose of preventive maintenance, service, and repair procedures.
• Maintains accurate documentation of all work performed.
• Maintains tools, equipment, and material inventory.
• Performs layout and design work for installation, repair, operation, and adjustment of facility systems and equipment.
• Performs preventive and predictive maintenance; tests, inspects, maintains, installs, repairs, and modifies systems and any additional related equipment.
• Provides technical/specialized trade support to the individual zones.

• High School Diploma/GED
• 5 years Specialized trade role.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• DL - Driver's  - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire

• Technical School Diploma HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry.
• 2 years Healthcare facility.

Lift over 50 lbs. Push/pull up to 140 lbs. Carry 80 lbs. short distances. Frequent standing/walking, squatting, kneeling, crawling, climbing and reaching overhead.
