Construction Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Safety Manager to join our team and contribute to a unique project with a world-leading organization in the data center space. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a broader vision to deliver AI infrastructure.

• Experience in data center construction safety, electrical safety, steel erection, high-risk activities, and heavy civil construction equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA, LOTO, and commissioning processes.
• Strong collaboration and team-building skills.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Provide support to the general contractor and ensure they meet contractual obligations.
• Fulfill client deliverables, conduct HRA look-ahead, incident investigations, and inspections.
• Help build a strong collaborative and learning culture on site.
• High school diploma or GED required;
  Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Prior work experience in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Experience in production tracking and quality control systems.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques.
• Familiarity with design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

• Provide support to the general contractor and ensure they meet contractual obligations.
• Fulfill client deliverables, conduct HRA look-ahead, incident investigations, and inspections.
• Help build a strong collaborative and learning culture on site.
• Evaluate contractor performance based on the completion of assigned deliverables and maintaining a zero-incident environment.
