Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial data center location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility interior, exterior, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor/contractor/incident documentation.;
Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner; assist with emergency response as directed.;
Report maintenance concerns and policy violations to leadership and site management.
