About the Role

We provide 24/7 emergency plumbing and drain services. All technicians participate in an on‑call rotation and respond to after‑hours service calls. The position requires a supportive, professional, customer‑focused individual.

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Perform drain cleaning, sewer services, water line repairs, fixture installations, and repipes
• Respond to emergency service calls, including after‑hours when on rotation
• Communicate clearly with customers about problems and solutions
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle
• Follow Washington plumbing code and company standards
• Complete service documentation accurately and professionally

• Residential plumbing experience required
• Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Professional appearance and customer‑first mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Valid Washington driver’s license
• Appropriate Washington plumbing licensing (or ability to obtain)
