Welding Instructor - Substitute

We provide ongoing training and tools, which make it easy for you to carry out our structured curriculum.

• Deliver engaging lectures with the help of Lincoln Tech's standardized curriculum.
• Provide practical training ensuring periodic maintenance of equipment.
• Evaluate and communicate student performance in a timely manner.

• 3+ years of Welding experience in Pipe Welding / Structural Welding:
  • GMAW - MIG
  • GTAW - TIG
  • SMAW
    - Stick
  • FCAW
    - Flux‑cored arc
  • Plasma Cutting
• Certified or licensed where required by law
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
