Salon Manager

We are seeking a licensed hairstylist with salon management experience to join our dynamic team.

The Salon Manager is responsible for all facets of salon operations, providing leadership and tools for the team to increase clientele and profitability.

The Salon Manager also provides all hair care services offered by Supercuts and ensures the highest quality of guest service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent guest service through quality consultations and efficient service delivery.
• Managing schedules, transactions, close‑out procedures, inventory, staff meetings, and light housekeeping duties.
• Resolving guest issues and leading a positive work environment.
• Training and developing the team on business and technical competencies.

• Current cosmetology or barber license; manager license as required by state/provincial regulations.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Exceptional guest service, consultation, and performance of requested services.
• Administrative skills: schedules, register transactions, close‑outs, banking, inventory.
• Ability to resolve guest issues.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop team and resolve associate issues.

• Above average base pay up to $35 per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities.
