Overview
We are looking for a Test Technician to join our East Windsor, CT site. The Test Tech performs a variety of tasks related to the testing of raw materials, coating samples, and verification on coating on part samples. The Test Tech will also prepare and evaluate samples to ensure coating is meeting blueprint, customer needs, and specification.

Shift: Second (3:00pm–11:30pm)
Hourly Rate: $27–$32/hour

- Following internal procedures, OEM specifications, blueprint callouts
- Help assist in investigations and analyzes of test samples
- Document the review and evaluation of in-process samples
- Prepare technical reports and product verification documentation summarizing findings and recommending solutions to a wide variety of technical problems as applicable
- Mounting and grinding of test samples to be able to evaluate under a microscope
- 1+ years lab experience
- Familiar with measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Associate’s, Bachelors, or equivalent experience
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Motivated to learn
- Hold or be able to achieve IMR & Met Cut certifications
