Hardscape Supervisor

Full-Time

Rate of Pay: $25.00 to $30.00 based on experience

• Lead a team to create beautiful hardscapes, safely, on time, and within budget.
• Experience cutting stone with various masonry saws.
• Proficiently use skid steers, excavators, and other related equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Always ensure a clean and organized worksite.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Perform Quality Control Inspections upon completion to ensure standards are met.
• Ensure all safety measures are followed during every project.

• 4 years of experience installing hardscapes.
• Knowledge of paver installations, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits.
• Proven experience supervising in the hardscape industry.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must have or be able to acquire a DOT card.
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
• Must participate in snow and ice management work.
• Must be able to communicate in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
