Your

Mission
  • Deliver accredited HVAC instruction that blends theory with real shop scenarios.
  • Lead practical labs using industry‑standard equipment in a well‑equipped facility.
  • Design an inclusive, engaging learning space that fuels student growth.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide thoughtful, actionable feedback.
  • Create lesson plans aligned with current industry benchmarks.
  • Keep pace with changing HVAC technologies and best practices.
  • Partner with faculty to improve curriculum and overall program effectiveness.
  • Coach students toward certification exams and rewarding HVAC careers.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Minimum 3 years of HVAC Technician experience.
  • S1 or S2 license—or eligibility and drive to obtain an S license.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to energize, engage, and motivate learners.
  • True enthusiasm for teaching and mentorship.
