Acid & Demand Planning Lead (Innophos, Inc. / Cranbury, NJ) - Responsible for leadg overall acid planng supply, planng analytics as well as demand forecastg actvties associatd w/ customrs & prodcts globally for the co.'s phosphates bus. Reqs Bach. or highr deg in Supply Chain, Supply Chain & Info Sys, Applied Analytics, or closly rltd field & 2 yrs of exp in job offerd or as Logistics & Ops Coordinator or in similar positn(s) in supply chain.
Bkgrd, trainng & exp must incld exp in analytics & demand planng; demnstrtd proficiency in stats, forecastg, & forecastg methods w/ an undrstandg of their financl & operatnl impacts; demnstrtd strong interpersnl skills to effectivly interact w/ teams, areas & lvls of bus. affectg the forecast process. Positn operates on hybrid model w/ 3 days in office & WFH avail 2 days.
Travel req'd to co.'s N.A. mfg plants & warehouses 3 to 6 days per yr. Benefits incld:
