Elite Hotels (Rotherwick) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the Reception, Concierge and Night teams at The Grand Hotel, delivering five-star service while driving operational excellence.
You will oversee all Front Office operations, inspire teams, and collaborate with departments to maximise guest satisfaction and commercial performance. Hours are 40 per week with some weekends and bank holidays, including duty management shifts.
