Vehicle Technician​/Van Mechanic – VAG

• Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 basic (Depending on experience).
• Monthly Bonus: Performance bonuses of up to £700 per month.
• Total Earnings: OTE £50,400 (Based on a £42k basic + full bonus).
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 16:30 (Zero weekends).

• Specialist Repair: Leading the servicing and repair of commercial vehicles and high-spec vans.
• Expert Diagnostics: Using advanced manufacturer equipment to solve complex electrical and mechanical faults.
• Maintenance & Safety: Handling MOT preparation, safety inspections, and heavy mechanical repairs.
• Lead by Example: Ensuring every vehicle leaving the workshop meets our elite 5-star standard.

• You are an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic (Level 3 NVQ or equivalent).
• You have a deep understanding of modern vehicle systems (LCV experience is a bonus, but not essential).
• You want to move away from late shifts and Saturday rotas.
• You hold a Full UK Driving Licence and take massive pride in your craftsmanship.
