We're hiring a Labourer, offering a company van and consistent work within your Community. • Carrying out a range of general repair tasks across domestic properties both internally and externally
• Supporting multiple trades including joinery, tiling, painting, and basic plumbing
• Working to specifications and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements
• Collaborating with supervisors, schedulers, and wider teams to meet deadlines
• Recording work activity and completing required documentation
• Supporting team performance and maintaining strong customer service standards

• A structured schedule covering repairs and maintenance work
• Travelling between jobs in your company van
• Working independently or with a team of other tradespeople
• Engaging directly with Customers in their homes
• Completing work efficiently while maintaining quality and compliance standards

• Occupied homes
• Empty (void) properties
• A range of domestic properties within your local area
• Environments involving vulnerable Customers

• Experience working as a Labourer, ideally within social housing or domestic properties
• Full UK driving licence
• Due to the area this patch covers, you will need to be based within the BN postcode

• Experience working across multiple trades such as joinery, tiling, or plumbing
• Additional trade qualifications

We're moving quickly and aim to interview as soon as possible for suitable candidates. If successful, when you join us you'll start an induction programme, which covers our systems, how we do things here and anything else you’ll need to know.

This role will require a Basic DBS check

You may be required to work across surrounding areas
