• VAG Maintenance & Repair: Carrying out high-level routine servicing, health checks, and complex mechanical repairs across the modern VAG vehicle lineup (Audi, VW, SEAT, CUPRA, Škoda).
• Advanced Diagnostics: Utilizing specialized VAG diagnostic software to troubleshoot and rectify complex electrical and mechanical faults.
• Quality & Efficiency: Meeting well-managed workshop efficiency targets while maintaining a strict "Right First Time" fix standard.

  Working closely with service advisors and workshop colleagues in a clean, safe, well-equipped bay.

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent qualification).
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic (VAG brand or specialist independent experience is highly beneficial).
• Strong diagnostic habits, efficiency focus, and pride in work quality.
• A full UK driving licence
