• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 / City & Guilds qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or time‑served equivalent).
• Proven hands‑on workshop experience working on cars, vans, or light commercials in a garage or dealership setting.
• Eager, detail‑oriented mindset with a strong commitment to complete manufacturer qualifications and hit efficiency targets.
