Elementary Education Teacher - Grade 3

The Eastchester School District is seeking a qualified experienced educator to fill the leave replacement vacancy of Elementary Education Teacher, Grade 3, at the Anne Hutchinson School. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated elementary teacher to join our dynamic team. A successful candidate can:

• Develop and implement engaging lessons that align with curriculum standards and promote literacy skills development
• Create a nurturing classroom environment that supports differentiated learning needs and encourages student participation
• Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development
• Integrate technology and diverse resources to enhance learning experiences

Requirements:

• Dual NYS certification preferred:
  Elementary/Childhood Education
• NYSED Fingerprint Clearance

  Terms:
  
  10-month, probationary position
• Salary range in accordance with the Eastchester Teachers' Association (ETA) negotiated salary schedule; $63,872 - $90,453, step placement contingent upon prior related experience.
